Looking for an old-fashioned church with country charm in which to hold your wedding? How about an easy to find church built in 1917 with freshly restored wooden pews, lovely stained glass windows, and able to comfortably seat 175 people? Just right to give your special occasion that intimate, warm feeling that many couples are looking for. DuPont Community Presbyterian Church may be just for you. There are several advantages to choosing our facility to make your experience a sweet memory, cherished for years to come.

Your guests will feel ushered back in time to the smells, feel, and atmosphere of a church from ages past. Everyone will be able to view your ceremony while seated in pews that gently slope down to the front of the sanctuary. The stained glass windows are perfect for decorating and the pews are easily studded with bows and wisps of greenery.

We are currently considering ways to transform our downstairs nursery into a bridal suite for the bride and her bridesmaids to make final preparations before their walk down the aisles.

You may choose to either have

 your reception downstairs in our

simple but roomy fellowship hall or in

 one of DuPont's nearby hotels.

Or, you can take advantage of the lush green park situated right

behind the church. Perfect for beautiful photo-taking and

videography both before and after the service!

May 14, 2021

Due to the COVID-19 virus concerns, we have decided to close on-site church activities for the next few weeks. Pastor Dan will still be recording inspiring messages and putting them on our website under: Sermons: This Week. Feel free to call or email Pastor Dan if you have any special needs.

When we start up again, you are invited tojoin us for Sunday morning worship at 10:30 a.m.. The Children's Message will be around 10:50, followed by Sunday School downstairs. We also have a nursery available during the entire service for children under age 3. To learn more about our Children's Ministry, see Children's Programs.

Bible Study will be suspended for the next few weeks, but will start up again when it is safe and prudent to do so. Our intent was to continue through the end of May, from 7:00 to 8:30. Hopefully those of you who normally attend can continue to study at home. Pastor Dan has been leading us in studying the book of James.
